You’re here, reading! I’m so grateful and happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I genuinely appreciate you navigating life's complexities with me and trusting that we’ll find the gold. If my work resonates with you, please help spread the word by commenting, sharing, or subscribing.

There are times when the world feels like too much. When even the thought of one more conversation, one more headline, or one more errand is enough to send you hiding under the covers. I know that feeling well.

In my recent post, Insulation, Not Isolation, I wrote about the fine line—the vital distinction between isolation and insulation—how easy it is to slip from sacred retreat into something that quietly depletes us. In the practice of yoga, especially through the tantric lens, we’re reminded that our inner “seat,” or asana, isn’t just physical. It’s energetic. It’s how we meet life. How we ground into ourselves with steadiness (sthira) and ease (sukha).

This short guided meditation is meant to help you return to that seat. To gather yourself inward—not to disappear, but to remember who you are. It’s a way to insulate with intention, to come home to your center, and emerge a little more rooted and radiant.

If the line between sacred solitude and quiet disconnection ever feels blurry—this practice is for you.
