Today’s post is a gift from me to you—a guided meditation on cultivating the virtue of gratitude while grounding ourselves in the beauty of presence.
Science has taught us that we can create new pathways in our brains to change how we think, break negative rumination and build loving and positive thoughts.
In the same way, when we focus on deepening our gratitude for the ordinariness of daily life, we expand the possibilities of grace.
Reciprocity happens when we align our hearts with that which uplifts and affirms life.
This short guided meditation focuses on gratitude for the bounty we already enjoy and for seeing the extraordinary in the grounded practice of presence.
