Thank you Paulette! When I think of a Bhavana Meditation/Practice I consider this question: What quality do I want to be submerged in, soaked in, or steeped in? As if I were a tea bag, what quality do I want to permeate my entire being? .. from your words: what quality do you wish to embody.. YES! That is Bhavana practice to me. It is the first time I listened to you reading one of your essay's. thanks for sharing your voice with us.

Thanks for reading and listening, Heather. I appreciate your presence.

Yes! I love the image and idea of being submerged, steeped, and soaked into and with a quality.

Love the concept of aligning with who we are. Toxic positivity is not an alignment but rather a denial of what is true for us. Your newsletter is like a warm hug today. Many thanks, and enjoy the rest of 2024. Will see you in January.

I'm taking the holidays to carve out alone time, after spending more time with friends this year than I ever have before. I have books I want to read and movies I want to watch.
